Nice product (but be warned) 🤣
Been having ground flax seed + psyllium husk in water everyday for too long now as relief for constipation lol and added fiber to my diet. Here are my thoughts:
*They forgot to tell you this in the instructions, but DO NOT drink this right away after mixing with water and wait for a good 5 mins before drinking. The first time i tried this, I had no idea and boyyyyyyy lemme tell u it was no joke it felt like i was downing water with sand in it 🤣 i was like "kaya pala not recommended for ppl with trouble swallowing" 🤣🤣 i stopped drinking and set it aside while i was busy trying not to cough and choke too hard as i was still in the office hahahaha so there, wait for a few minutes as it will turn to a gel like consistency (like psyllium or flax or chia). And yes, a half teaspoon is enough for a full glass of water.
*it is almost tasteless but if i'll be super specific it tastes like water with barbeque stick submerged in it 😂 but it tastes better than what i'm used to so it's nice.
*TMI: if for constipation- stool was harder to pass and my stomach rumbled like i drank laxative the night before unlike with psyllium.
All in all, this was a good product but i think i'll stick with my psyllium+flax combo for now as it works better for me 😃
